    2. Carrier selection depends on package size, destination, and value

    3. We reserve the right to change carriers as needed for optimal delivery

       

  2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
     

    1. We ship throughout the USA only

    2. We deliver to all 50 states and US territories

    3. Buyers are responsible for checking any state-specific regulations

    4. We reserve the right to decline shipping to certain locations

    5. We do not ship to hotels, P.O. Boxes, or APO addresses

       

  3. PROCESSING TIME
     

    1. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days

    2. Processing time may be longer for large or special items

    3. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

    4. Order processing begins after payment confirmation

       

  4. DELIVERY TIME
     

    1. Domestic (United States) delivery: 2-7 business days

    2. International delivery: 7-21 business days

    3. Delivery times are estimates only

    4. Actual delivery time depends on destination and customs processing

       

  5. SHIPPING COSTS
     

    1. Shipping costs are calculated based on:
       

      1. Package weight and dimensions

      2. Shipping destination

      3. Selected shipping method
         

    2. Exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout

    3. Additional fees may apply for oversized items

       

  6. TRACKING INFORMATION
     

    1. Tracking number provided for all shipments

    2. Tracking information sent via email once order ships

    3. Some international destinations may have limited tracking capability

       

  7. PACKAGING
     

    1. Items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery

    2. Professional packing materials used for fragile items

    3. Additional packaging fees may apply for special handling

       

  8. INSURANCE
     

    1. Insurance is required for all shipments

    2. Insurance costs are included in shipping fees

    3. Claims for damaged items must be reported immediately

       

  9. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
     

    1. International buyers are responsible for:
       

      1. Import duties

      2. Taxes

      3. Customs clearance fees
         

    2. We cannot predict these costs

    3. We mark items at full value on customs forms

       

  10. ADDRESS RESTRICTIONS AND ACCURACY
     

    1. ​Shipping Address Restrictions - We do not ship to:
       

      1. Hotel addresses

      2. P.O. Boxes

      3. APO addresses
         

    2. ​Address Requirements
       

      1. ​Buyer is responsible for providing correct shipping address

      2. Address changes not possible after order processing begins

      3. Additional charges apply if package is returned due to incorrect address

      4. We only ship to verified residential or business addresses

         

  11. DELAYS AND ISSUES

    We are not responsible for shipping delays due to:
     

    1. Weather conditions

    2. Customs processing

    3. Carrier delays

    4. Other circumstances beyond our control

       

  12. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
     

    1. Lost package claims initiated after:
       

      1. Domestic: 7 business days past estimated delivery

      2. International: 21 business days past estimated delivery
         

    2. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

    3. Photos required for damage claims
